The invention discloses an integral hoisting construction method for a pier column reinforcement cage. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing the pier column reinforcement cage and a reinforcement cage positioning support on the background; erecting a bearing platform template; measuring and setting out the position of the pier stud reinforcement cage; binding bearing platform reinforcing steel bars; installing the pier stud reinforcement cage pre-embedded positioning support; after the positioning support is mounted, fixedly connecting the hoisting pier stud reinforcement cage with the positioning support, and fixing by a wind rope; pouring bearing platform concrete; after the bearing platform concrete reaches the designed strength, dismounting the bearing platform formwork and the pier stud reinforcement cage fixing wind rope; hoisting a pier stud formwork, and fixing the pier stud formwork by using a wind rope; and pouring pier stud concrete. When the method is used for pier column construction, the construction progress is obviously improved.
