The invention discloses a soil sampling device for pile foundation punching. The soil sampling device comprises a main body; a handheld rod is fixedly installed at the position, close to an upper end, of the outer side face of the main body; a motor is installed at the top end in the main body; the lower end of the motor is connected with a telescopic rod; the lower end of the telescopic rod is connected with a movable column; the lower end of the movable column is connected with a soil storage bin; a through groove is formed in the outer side face, close to the middle, of the soil storage bin in a penetrating mode; a groove cover is arranged in the through groove; hinge blocks are installed at the positions, close to a lower end, of the front end of the groove cover and the outer side face, close to the lower edge of the through groove, of the soil storage bin; a rotating shaft is installed between the two hinge blocks; a fixing plate is arranged at the front end, close to an upper end, of the groove cover; and a fixing rod is inserted into the front end of the fixing plate. According to the soil sampling device for pile foundation punching, a worker can conveniently take out soil from the device to collect the soil, so that the worker can conveniently clean the soil adhering to the device.
