The invention discloses an installation method of a rear inverted pi-shaped foundation bolt. The installation method comprises the following steps of: determining and drawing the position of a newly added inverted pi-shaped foundation bolt on the upper surface of an original equipment foundation, and drilling two drilled vertical holes in concrete of the original equipment foundation along the vertical direction by utilizing coring equipment; drilling a hole in the concrete of the original equipment foundation along the horizontal direction on the outer side of the original equipment foundation, where the drilled horizontal hole and the drilled vertical holes are located in the same vertical plane and should be vertically flush with each other; horizontally placing an end rod into the horizontal hole, placing a pair of bolt bars into the two vertical holes, and then screwing the lower threads of the bolt bars into inner threaded holes in the end rod; and conducting grouting in the horizontal hole, forming a secondary grouting layer on the concrete of the original equipment foundation, and completing installation of the rear inverted-pi-shaped foundation bolt. According to the method, the integrity of the original equipment foundation can be better protected, damage to the concrete of the original equipment foundation is small, implementation is easy, and the operation effect is good.
本发明公开了一种后置倒π型地脚螺栓的安装方法,包括:在原有设备基础的上表面确定并画出新增的倒π型地脚螺栓的位置,利用取芯设备沿垂直方向在原有设备基础的混凝土内钻孔,所钻制的垂直孔的数量为两个;在原有设备基础的外侧沿水平方向在原有设备基础的混凝土内钻孔,所钻制的水平孔与垂直孔处于一个竖向平面内且应垂直平齐;将端杆水平地置入水平孔内,将一对螺栓杆置入两个垂直孔内,然后将螺栓杆的下部螺纹旋拧到端杆的内螺纹孔内;对水平孔进行灌浆,在原有设备基础的混凝土上形成二次灌浆层,完成后置倒π型地脚螺栓的安装。本发明的方法能够更好地保护原有设备基础的整体性,对原有设备基础的混凝土的破坏小,容易实现,运行效果好。
