The invention discloses a layer-by-layer coating device for toilet waterproof construction. The layer-by-layer coating device comprises a fixed frame body mechanism, a coating storing and discharging mechanism and a supporting and rolling mechanism, wherein both the coating storing and discharging mechanism and the supporting and rolling mechanism are installed on the fixed frame body mechanism. When coating is performed, firstly, a lengthened threaded column moves in an adjusting groove of a support plate, so that the height of a frame body connecting assembly away from the ground is adjusted, and the coating thickness is conveniently controlled; and when a coating in a storage box body is uneven, a rack is pressed downwards so as to drive a gear to rotate, so that a plate body is driven to deflect in the storage box body by a mounting shaft column, the coating is shaken, and the coating is more uniform. Additionally, the invention further discloses an implementation method of the layer-by-layer coating device for toilet waterproof construction. The implementation method comprises the steps of moving a rectangular sleeve frame downwards on a rectangular support rod, so that the lower end of the plate body is inserted into a discharging opening; blocking the discharging opening; and then pushing a push column, so that the coating is preliminarily flattened by a roller, the coating is scraped by the lower end of the plate body, and the leveling operation of the coating is completed.
