The invention provides a mounting structure of a perforated aluminum plate. The mounting structure comprises an aluminum alloy base profile section and an aluminum alloy connecting profile section, wherein the aluminum alloy base profile section is connected with an upright post and a cross beam structure of an aluminum plate curtain wall; the folded edges on the four sides of the perforated aluminum plate are connected with the aluminum alloy connecting profile section; the structure of the aluminum alloy connecting profile section comprises a first part connected with the perforated aluminum plate, a second part connected with the aluminum alloy base profile section, and an interval connecting part between the first part and the second part; the first part comprises connecting parts corresponding to the folded edges and an abutting part corresponding to the back surface of the perforated aluminum plate; the second connecting part is matched with a rib plate on the front side of the aluminum alloy base profile section in an inserted mode through a groove structure; and the aluminum alloy base profile section on the cross beam is inserted from top to bottom in a matched mode. The perforated aluminum plate is more convenient to install, stronger in structure and smoother in appearance, the overall appearance of the curtain wall is clearer in line, and the characteristics of the aluminum plate curtain wall are fully embodied.
