The invention discloses a pipeline fixing device and method for a masonry structure. The pipeline fixing device comprises a chute type prefabricated fixing component, a pipe bracket, a clamping piece and a U-shaped bolt, wherein the chute type prefabricated fixing component comprises C-shaped steel and a matching body; the pipe bracket is a groove-shaped body and comprises a bottom plate and two side plates which are perpendicularly connected along both ends of the bottom plate; the clamping piece comprises a linear bolt and a metal clamping sheet which can rotate at a certain angle, the linear bolt is fixedly connected to one side plate of the pipe bracket, and the metal clamping sheet can extend into the opening of the C-shaped steel and can be adjustably clamped and assembled in the opening of the C-shaped steel after being rotated at a certain angle; and the U-shaped bolt is fixedly arranged on the other side plate of the pipe bracket. According to the pipeline fixing device, punching is avoided, the wall structure is not damaged, the structural stress of a wall is not influenced, and the purpose of fixedly installing a pipeline on the wall of the masonry structure is achieved.
