The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a ceramic screw shaft. The method for manufacturing the ceramic screw shaft comprises the following steps of: putting raw materials for manufacturing a ceramic piece into a die, pressing the raw materials into a hollow cylinder-shaped blank through a pressing machine, and arranging a boss at one end part of the blank; milling a screw blade on an outer ring of the blank through a milling cutter to obtain a primary finished product; sintering the primary finished product, clamping the boss with a clamp by adopting a'hanging sintering 'process during sintering, hanging the rest part of the primary finished product below the clamp in a manner of being perpendicular to the horizontal plane for sintering, and obtaining a finished product blank after sintering is completed; and cutting off the boss of the finished product blank,polishing the screw blade after cutting off, and obtaining a finished product after polishing is completed. According to the method for manufacturing the ceramic screw shaft provided by the invention, the hollow cylindrical blank is pressed through the pressing machine, and then the uneven shape, namely the screw blade, is milled through the milling cutter, so that the situation that part of the screw blade is loose and part of the screw blade is tight in the pressing process is avoided, and cracks are avoided after the screw shaft is fired.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷螺旋轴的制作方法,将制作陶瓷件的原料放入模具中通过压机压制出毛坯,毛坯为空心圆柱状,毛坯其中一端部还设有凸台;通过铣刀将毛坯外圈铣出螺旋叶片,得到初成品;将初成品烧结,烧结时采用“吊烧”工艺,将夹具夹住凸台,初成品的其余部分垂直于水平面吊挂在夹具下方进行烧结,烧结完成后得到成品坯;将成品坯的凸台切除,切除后对螺旋叶片进行打磨,打磨完成后得到成品。本发明先通过压机压制出空心圆柱状的毛坯,然后再通过铣刀铣出凹凸不平的形状即螺旋叶片,这样就不会出现压制时部分松、部分紧的情况,使得螺旋轴烧制后不会出现裂纹。
