The invention discloses a building prefabricated slab safety placement auxiliary device capable of automatically retracting a rod. The device comprises two lifting hook box bodies which are symmetrical left and right, a recycling cavity with an inward opening is formed in each lifting hook box body, a supporting movable cavity with a downward opening is formed in the lower side of each recycling cavity, a supporting movable block is connected to the side wall of each supporting movable cavity in a sliding fit mode, supporting springs are fixedly connected between the upper end faces of the supporting movable blocks and the upper end walls of the supporting movable cavities, when a prefabricated slab is installed around the installation area or the surrounding space is limited, an extending sliding base drives a placement rotating plate to move rightwards to be partially positioned in an inner cavity of the prefabricated slab, so that the prefabricated slab can be safely placed later, a supporting sliding base drives hoisting rods to move leftwards, so that the hoisting rods are automatically taken out, a placement driven gear drives the placement rotating plate to rotate through a placement semi-gear ring, and therefore the prefabricated slab is safely placed in a limited space.
