The multifunctional bridge deck crane comprises a crane body, an environment monitoring mechanism, a fault monitoring mechanism and a main control mechanism, wherein the environment monitoring mechanism, the fault monitoring mechanism and the main control mechanism are arranged on the crane body; the environment monitoring mechanism and the fault monitoring mechanism are electrically connected with the main control mechanism respectively; the environment monitoring mechanism is used for detecting environment information around the crane, and the fault monitoring mechanism is used for detecting operation condition information of the crane; and the main control mechanism performs environment monitoring and fault judgment according to the environment information detected by the environment monitoring mechanism and the operation condition information detected by the fault monitoring mechanism.
