Bridge deck crane
The invention provides a bridge deck crane which comprises a supporting truss, a lifting mechanism and a walking mechanism, the supporting truss comprises a bearing main beam, a stand column, an inclined strut, a rear pressing rod and a rear pull rod, the bearing main beam and the rear pressing rod extend in the horizontal direction, and the stand column is perpendicularly connected between the bearing main beam and the rear pressing rod; the inclined strut is connected with the bearing main beam and the upright post to form a first triangular truss; the rear pull rod is connected with the upright post and the end part of the rear pressing rod to form a second triangular truss; the lifting mechanism is arranged on the bearing main beam and can slide relative to the bearing main beam; the walking mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the rear pressing rod, a front supporting mechanism is arranged at the front end, close to the stand column, of the rear pressing rod, and the rear pressing rod is provided with a rear anchoring mechanism fixed to the bridge deck. A truss structure is formed by the bearing main beams, the stand columns, the inclined struts, the rear pressing rods and the rear pull rods to serve as a main supporting structure of the bridge deck crane, the stability and the load capacity of the bridge deck crane are enhanced, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the hoisting efficiency of the steel box girder is greatly improved.
