And the phase change agent is arranged in the gap, and the phase change critical point of the phase change agent is 70-85 DEG C. According to the ceramic inner container of the water dispenser, bacteria and viruses can be effectively killed, and the heating frequency of the electric heater is effectively reduced, so that the water temperature can be kept within a set temperature value range.
