The invention provides a pool cover. The pool cover comprises an outer sleeve; the heat preservation inner container is contained in the outer sleeve, and the heat preservation inner container comprises a coating layer made of a flexible material; the heat preservation layer is made of a compressible elastic heat preservation material and is wrapped in the heat preservation layer in a sealing mode; the air port is formed in the coating layer; and the sealing device is arranged at the air port and is used for sealing the air port so as to keep the heat preservation inner container in one of a compressed state and an unfolded state. The invention further relates to the overground pool, the heat preservation inner container, a method for manufacturing the heat preservation inner container and a manufacturing device.
