The invention discloses an anti-freezing heat preservation composite aerated brick and a forming method and device thereof. According to 100 parts by weight of the raw materials, the raw materials includes: 60-70 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of quicklime, 50-80 parts of sand, 2-5 parts of volcanic aggregate, 0.1-0.8 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.2-0.7 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 0.2-0.8 part of a retarder, 3-6 parts of gypsum, 4-8 parts of aluminum powder paste, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 4-12 parts of polymer latex powder, 0.1-0.8 part of polypropylene fiber and 30-45 parts of water. The invention comprises a mold frame and an upper mold, a piston rod at the output end of a hydraulic cylinder penetrates through a transverse frame and then is connected with a lifting base, and the two ends of a lead screw penetrate through and extend out of clamping plates at the two ends of a plurality of sets of upper mold blocks and then are in threaded connection with nuts. The anti-freezing heat-insulating composite aerated brick has the advantages that the surface tension is enhanced, the pollution of the raw materials to the environment is small, and the environmental protection property is high; the forming device is simple in structure, the upper mold and the lifting base are convenient to disassemble and assemble, the length of the upper mold can be adjusted, and composite aerated bricks with different lengths can be produced in cooperation with the lower mold grooves with different lengths.
