Fluorine-containing anti-freezing aerated brick
The invention discloses a fluorine-containing anti-freezing aerated brick. The aerated brick comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33-40 parts of quick lime, 0.05-0.1 part of polyhexamethylene guanidine, 1-2 parts of tea saponin, 3-4 parts of tricalcium silicate, 1-2 parts of high boron calcium borate, 0.1-0.2 part of potassium chloride, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium fluosilicate, 0.06-0.1 part of potassium fluoroaluminate, 3-4 parts of ceramic powder, 0.1-0.2 part of manganous isooctanoate, 0.6-1 part of ethylene glycol, 240-270 parts of coal ash, 6-10 parts of biomass resistance enhancing agent and 38-48 parts of ordinary Portland cement. According to the aerated brick, for making the added biomass resistance enhancing agent, waste resources, namely, tree bark and cocoanut husks are adopted as biomass raw powder and are subjected to enzyme treatment and alkali treatment to obtain a fiber material with relatively good flexibility, and the fiber material is blended with glycidyl methacrylate for modification, so that the surface resistance is improved; then the modified fiber material is mixed with a saline solution, polyvinyl alcohol, and the like, and then is dried, so that not only the effective recycling of resources is realized, but also the stability of the assistant is improved.
