Breathable epoxy floor coating
The invention provides a breathable epoxy floor coating. The breathable epoxy floor coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: a component A: 10-25% of water; 30%-35% of a waterborne epoxy curing agent; 1-2% of a wetting agent; 0.3-1% of a leveling agent; 0.2-0.5% of a defoaming agent; 20%-50% of a filler; 0%-20% of pigment; a component B which is prepared from 76-94% of water-borne epoxy resin emulsion; 6-24% of water. The weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-1.5. The breathable epoxy floor coating provided by the invention is prepared from the water-borne epoxy resin and the curing agent, does not contain formaldehyde and is low in VOC concentration after being cured. Through the particle size combination of the filler, the cured epoxy floor has certain air permeability, can prevent bubbling, cracking and other phenomena caused by water pressure and air pressure, can enhance the strength, and has excellent skid resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance. Moreover, the epoxy floor coating is simple in construction process and low in cost, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供了一种透气环氧地坪涂料，包括以下质量百分含量的原料：A组分：水10%‑25%；水性环氧固化剂30%‑35%；润湿剂1‑2%；流平剂0.3‑1%；消泡剂0.2‑0.5%；填料：20%‑50%；颜料：0%‑20%；B组分：水性环氧树脂乳液76‑94%；水6‑24%；A组分与B组分的重量比为1:1‑1.5。本发明提供的透气环氧地坪涂料原料为水性环氧树脂和固化剂，不含甲醛，固化后VOC浓度低。通过填料的粒径组合使得固化后的环氧地坪具有一定的透气性能，可以防止因水气压产生的鼓泡、开裂等现象，还能够增加强度，具有优越的防滑耐磨和耐冲击性能。而且该环氧地坪涂料的施工工艺简单、成本低，具有良好的应用前景。
