Roadbed disease treatment method
The invention relates to a roadbed disease treatment method which comprehensively uses a process of compaction piles and drainage ditches. When the pile is compacted, firstly, a hole is formed in a roadbed, and a pile hole with a required specification is formed; and then the pile hole is filled with a filler, tamping operation is performed, and the compaction pile is formed in the roadbed. At the moment, the compaction pile and the roadbed form a composite foundation together, the bearing capacity of the roadbed is improved, a settlement amount is reduced, and the humidity limitation or liquidity of the roadbed is eliminated. Due to a fact that drainage holes are obliquely formed in a soil body, and the ends, away from the drainage ditches, of the drainage holes are higher than the ends, close to the drainage ditches, of the drainage holes, water converged into the drainage holes from the upper portion of the roadbed can be drained into the drainage ditches in time, and the water content in the roadbed is rapidly reduced to be lower than a frost heaving water content; and the frost heaving disease of the roadbed is effectively solved. In addition, compared with other improvement measures, the mode of combining the compaction piles with the drainage ditches does not need to block lines and has no influence on normal operation and production.
本发明涉及一种路基病害治理方法,综合利用挤密桩和排水沟工艺。在挤密桩时,首先在路基上开孔,形成所需规格的桩孔;接着将填料填入桩孔中,并进行夯实操作,使得路基内形成挤密桩。此时,挤密桩与路基一起组成复合地基,提高路基的承载力,减少沉降量,消除路基的湿限性或液化性。由于排水孔在土体内倾斜设置,且所述排水孔远离所述排水沟的一端高于所述排水孔靠近所述排水沟的一端,因此,由路基上方汇流至排水孔中的水能及时排至排水沟中,使得路基内的含水量快速降低至冻胀含水量之下,有效解决路基的冻胀病害。另外,挤密桩结合排水沟方式较其他整治措施,不需封锁线路,对正常运营生产无影响。
