The invention discloses a device for adsorbing marine oil stains by using a new graphene material. The device comprises a shell, the left side and the right side of the shell are provided with two keeping balance floors in a hinged mode, the posture of the device can be kept under stormy waves, the device is prevented from being knocked over by the stormy waves, and the lower side of the shell is provided with a meshing space. According to the device special for adsorbing the marine floating oil stains, the device is fixed to one position through a fixing anchor to keep the device stable, firstly, a supporting structure is opened through transmission, the supporting structure surrounds the device by a circle, then hydrophobic and oleophylic graphene can be pulled out of the device through a special transmission device, next, the graphene thin film is attached to the sea surface after being rotated by a circle, due to the supporting structure, the graphene thin film can be blocked by the supporting structure and cannot get close to the device body, and therefore, the effect of increasing the adsorption area can be achieved.
