The system comprises a water diversion part, a water guide part and a water pumping part, wherein the water diversion part is arranged in a foundation soil body, and used for guiding and gathering water in the soil body, the water guide part is connected with the water diversion part and gathers the water guided by the water diversion part to a water collection portion, and the water pumping part is used for pumping out the water in the water collection portion to lower the underground water level around a foundation and lower the underground water level around the foundation to be below the low point of the water diversion part. Through the arrangement of the drainage system, water in all positions of the soil body can be drained in time, the water level of the soil body is lowered as a whole, damage of expansive soil to the foundation is reduced, and the drainage system can be used for a long time without occupying a large area.
