The method includes the steps of site cleaning: a drilling machine is moved to a construction site to be prepared in place; hole guiding by the drilling machine: the drilling machine is used to drill a first-stage guide hole, and hole bottoms and hole walls are cleaned; pile casing sinking: a pile casing is placed in the guide hole to the bottom of the guide hole; hole forming by the drilling machine: the drilling machine is in place again after a drill bit is replaced, and drilling is conducted to a designed pile bottom elevation; reinforcement cage mounting: a manufactured reinforcement cage is put into the hole, and the reinforcement cage is mounted in sections; concrete pouring: concrete is poured into the hole through a guide pipe; and pile casing pulling-out: the pile casting is pulled out through mechanical equipment, in the pile casing pulling-out process, constant-speed operation needs to be conducted, and pile casing pulling-out needs to be kept vertical and is completed under the command of constructors, so that the pile casing perpendicularity is guaranteed. According to the construction method of the cast-in-situ bored pile for the water-rich sandy stratum, the full-length steel pile casing is adopted for wall protection, and bentonite or chemical slurry is not adopted for wall protection in the drilling process, so that hole collapse and hole shrinkage can be effectively avoided, the pile forming quality is improved, and meanwhile pollution to underground water is avoided.
