The cast-in-situ bored pile construction process comprises the steps that pile position lofting is conducted; a steel casing is buried; a drilling machine is in place for the first time, drilling operation is started, in the drilling process of the drilling machine, when deviation occurs, drilling is stopped, the drilling machine retracts upwards, and a pile hole is backfilled with stone of unit height; the drilling machine is in place again, drilling is conducted downwards, the depth of the drilling machine needs to be smaller than the height of the backfilled stone in the previous step, or drilling is conducted continuously till a drill bit deviates, and the drilling machine retracts again; the pile hole is backfilled with stone of unit height again, the steps are repeated for repeated impact drilling and stone backfilling, and drilling is conducted downwards continuously till the set hole depth is reached when deviation does not occur in the drilling process; sediment at the bottom of the hole is cleared out, and the hole forming quality is checked; a reinforcement cage is hoisted and placed, and a guide pipe is placed; concrete is poured; and the casing is pulled out, and pile forming quality inspection is conducted. According to the cast-in-situ bored pile construction process, the phenomenon of pile hole deviation can be improved, and the effect of high pile forming perpendicularity is achieved.
