By adding the ice blocks, the strength of the hole wall of the pile can be improved, and the building construction efficiency is improved. The perforating device can perforate ice into a convex shape, so that dry cement is prevented from being in full contact with the surfaces of ice blocks, and the construction effect is improved. The clamping device can prevent ice block damage caused by too large clamping force of the punching stone, and the construction stability is improved.
