The invention discloses a method for engineering absorption application of ardealite raw slag, which depends on the safe operation experience of an ardealite stockpiling reservoir with a certain wet method in Guizhou for twenty years, and the practice proves that the method can realize the reliability of the ardealite raw slag as engineering absorption. According to the method, on an accumulation body which is continuously lifted in the ardealite reservoir, after pore water of the accumulation body is discharged by taking a seepage guiding or seepage discharging measure, the accumulation body can settle greatly, the outer slope surface of the ardealite accumulation body cannot meet the safety standardization requirement, and the method is mainly used for repairing the dam slope surface by adopting dry ardealite and further perfecting a sewage disposal and diversion facility. By adopting the method, the engineering absorption of the ardealite raw slag can be achieved, sewage disposal and diversion can be achieved, a safe and stable dam body can be guaranteed, the dam slope surface is greened again, and the water treatment cost is reduced; and thus, the intrinsically safe production and operation of the ardealite warehouse are realized.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏原渣工程消纳应用的方法,本方法依托贵州某湿法堆存磷石膏库二十年的安全运行经验,通过实践证明该方法能够实现磷石膏原渣作为工程消纳的可靠性。本方法是在磷石膏库不断抬升的堆积体上,当堆体孔隙水通过导渗或排渗措施排出后,堆体会出现较大沉降,这会导致磷石膏堆体外坡面不满足安全标准化要求,本发明方法主要是采用干磷石膏修复坝坡面并进一步完善清污分流设施。采用本方法既能磷石膏原渣工程消纳又能实现清污分流,能够保证坝体安全稳定、坝坡面复绿,降低水处理成本;进而实现磷石膏库本质安全的生产运行。
