The invention discloses a method for producing lightweight concrete from ardealite raw slag, which does not need gravels, uses ardealite raw slag as a main material, and comprises the following raw materials by mass: 70-90 parts of ardealite raw slag, 5 parts of a modifier, 4 parts of an adhesive, and 1 part of a foaming agent. The production method comprises the following production steps: S1, adding ardealite raw slag into a stirring tank at an ardealite raw slag outlet of a phosphoric acid or phosphate fertilizer production line, and adding the modifier of ardealite to obtain a mixed slurry; S2, adding the adhesive into the mixed slurry, stirring, and pouring; S3, adding the foaming agent into the pouring material after pouring is completed, and nursing and hardening; S4, cutting the cured and hardened castable into building blocks, feeding the building blocks into a heat preservation room for heat preservation, moisture preservation and curing, and finally moving the building blocks into a natural drying and dewatering area for storage; under the condition of not using gravel, the ardealite raw slag is used as a main material, so that the problem of acidic pollution in ardealite can be solved, and the lightweight concrete blocks reaching the standard can be produced.
