The invention discloses a bottom foundation structure of a box-type corrugated steel channel and a construction method of the bottom foundation structure. The structure comprises a channel and foundations arranged at the bottom and two sides of the bottom of the channel, a bottom plate of the channel is arch-shaped, and each foundation sequentially comprises a solidified soil layer and a concrete layer from bottom to top. The strength of cement soil of the bottom foundation structure is not smaller than 0.5 MPa, the strength of concrete is not smaller than 20 MPa, loads on the top of the channel are transmitted to the corners of the bottom plate through side plates and then transmitted to the foundations through shear pins outside the bottom plate and concrete filling, the stress of the bottom plate is reduced, the bottom plate can be thinned, and the manufacturing cost is saved; and 80% of concrete can be saved, spoil of a construction site is fully utilized, materials are environmentally friendly, and the manufacturing cost of the foundation part is saved.
本发明公开了一种箱型波纹钢通道的底部基础结构及其施工方式,结构包括通道以及设于通道底部和底部两侧的基础,所述通道的底板为拱形,所述基础自下而上依次包括固化土层和混凝土层。本发明的水泥土强度不小于0.5MPa,混凝土强度不小于20MPa,通道顶部载荷通过侧板传递到底板角部,再通过底板外部的剪刀钉及混凝土填充传递到基础上,减少了底板的受力,底板可以减薄,节省造价;本发明能够节省80%的混凝土,充分利用工地的弃土,材料环保,节省了基础部分的造价。
