To provide a foundation structure of an offshore wind power generation facility capable of generating power at high efficiency by fixing an installation posture of an offshore wind power generation facility and capable of being constructed without large scale facility, time and cost.SOLUTION: A sea bottom installation-type foundation structure 100 of an offshore wind power generation facility 200 comprises: a cylindrical main body 10; and a tower connecting portion 20 provided at an upper end of the cylindrical main body 10 (a cylindrical main body upper end 11) side. The upper end of the cylindrical main body 10 (the cylindrical main body upper end 11) is positioned at a sea level 310 or in the vicinity thereof, and a lower end of the cylindrical main body 10 (a cylindrical main body lower end 12) is positioned at a sea bottom 320 or in the vicinity thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
