The invention discloses a water-saving flushing system for a closestool. The system comprises a water inflow valve arranged in a water tank and used for supplying water, a pressure water storage device used for closestool ring washing and flushing and a drainage valve used for controlling drainage of the water tank; the pressure water storage device is provided with a water inflow assembly, a control assembly and a drain valve starting piece; the water inflow assembly is connected with the water inflow valve and used for supplying water to the pressure water storage device; the water inflow assembly supplies water to the water tank after the pressure water storage device is full of water; the control assembly is used for controlling the pressure water storage device to drain water; after the pressure water storage device drains water, the pressure water storage device actuates a starting piece to open the drain valve, so that the water tank drains water, and the closestool jets water and performs flushing. Pressure water stored in the pressure water storage device is used for closestool ring washing and flushing, water consumption is reduced, a ring can be brushed at constant pressure, and a flushing stability effect is good.
