Novel constructional engineering sound insulation fence and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel constructional engineering sound insulation fence and an installation method thereof. The novel constructional engineering sound insulation fence comprises original structural concrete, bolt holes are drilled in an original structural concrete wall, anchor plates are installed in the bolt holes and connected with the original structural concrete through chemical bolts, and short galvanized steel square tubes perpendicular to the original structural concrete wall are welded to the anchor plates to serve as short square tube pulling pieces; the vertical short galvanized steel square tubes are adopted as vertical stand columns to be connected with the short square tube pulling pieces in a full-welded mode, horizontal short galvanized steel square tubes parallel to an original structural concrete wall are adopted as horizontal keels to be connected with the vertical stand columns in a full-welded mode, and a steel structure framework composed of the pulling pieces, the stand columns and the keels is formed; and angle steel is welded to the vertical stand columns and the horizontal keels. The novel constructional engineering sound insulation fence is not limited by the installation height of a traditional cantilever structure fence, and the noise reduction effect is remarkable.
本发明公开了一种新型建筑工程隔音围挡及其安装方法,包括原有结构混凝土,在原有结构混凝土墙体上钻设有螺栓洞,在螺栓洞上安装锚板与原有结构混凝土通过化学螺栓进行连接,在锚板上焊接设有垂直于原有结构混凝土墙体的短镀锌钢方通作为短方通拉结件;采用竖向的短镀锌钢方通作为竖向立柱与短方通拉结件满焊连接,用平行于原有结构混凝土墙体的水平向的短镀锌钢方通作为水平龙骨与竖向立柱满焊连接,形成一个由拉结件、立柱、龙骨组成的钢结构骨架;采用角钢焊接在竖向立柱与水平龙骨上。本发明的这种隔音围挡不受传统悬臂结构围挡安装高度的限制,且降噪效果显著。
