The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative plate manufacturing, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of a marble decorative plate with fluorescent particles. The marble decorative plate comprises the following components in parts by weight of a base material which is a base plate, and a surface material which is prepared from 30-50 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 20-30 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 3-7 parts of a curing agent, 3-7 parts of an accelerant, 5-15 parts of fluorescent particles and 2-8 parts of flame-retardant fibers, wherein the base plate is a PVC plate or a PP plate or an aluminum alloy base plate, the curing agent is benzoyl peroxide, and the accelerant is styrene. According to the marble decorative plate, the base plate made of the light base material is arranged, the material mixed with the fluorescent particles is mixed and then fixed to the surface of the base material in a drying and curing mode, marble lines are formed, and manufacturing of the whole marble decorative plate is completed, so that marble is lighter in mass and convenient to install and transport; and due to the fluorescent particles mixed in the surface material of the marble decorative plate the marble decorative plate can emit fluorescent light under the dark condition at night, and is smoother and more attractive.
本发明属于装饰板制造技术领域，尤其为一种带有荧光颗粒的大理石装饰板的制造方法，包括以下重量份数的组分：底料：基板；面料：不饱和聚酯树脂30‑50份、碳酸钙粉20‑30份、固化剂3‑7份、促进剂3‑7份、荧光颗粒5‑15份、阻燃纤维2‑8份，所述基板为PVC板、PP板或者铝合金基板，所述固化剂为过氧化苯甲酰，所述促进剂为苯乙烯；通过设置一个由轻质基材制作的基板，将混有荧光颗粒的物料混合后，通过烘干固化的方式固定在基材表面，形成大理石纹路，完成整个大理石装饰板的制作，使得大理石在质量上更加轻质，方便安装与运输，且其面料中混有的荧光颗粒，可以使大理石装饰板在晚上无光的条件下能够发出荧光，更滑美观。
