The invention provides a turnover adjustable pedestrian ladder applied to the interior of a scaffold. The turnover adjustable pedestrian ladder comprises an upper platform and a lower platform, wherein the upper platform comprises upper platform longitudinal beams; an upper platform cross beam located at the end is arranged between the upper platform longitudinal beams; an upper platform panel is arranged at the tops of the upper platform longitudinal beams and the upper platform cross beam; a fixing lug plate is welded to the outer side of the upper platform cross beam and fixedly connected with a scaffold small cross rod through a U-shaped bolt; an upper platform connecting seat is welded to the bottom end of the upper platform cross beam; the lower platform comprises lower platform longitudinal beams; a lower platform cross beam located at the end is arranged between the lower platform longitudinal beams; a lower platform panel is arranged at the tops of the upper platform longitudinal beams and the upper platform cross beam; a fixing lug plate is welded to the outer side of the lower platform cross beam and fixedly connected with the scaffold small cross rod through a U-shaped bolt and a nut; a lower platform connecting seat is welded to the bottom end of the lower platform cross beam; and the upper platform connecting seat and the lower platform connecting seat are connected through a movable pedal assembly. The turnover adjustable pedestrian ladder is convenient to mount, dismount and store.
