The invention discloses a nucleic acid sampling positive and negative pressure integrated safety cabin with a disinfection function. The safety cabin is divided into a medical worker working area and two sampling areas through partitions, wherein each sampling area is internally provided with a sampling sample heat preservation box, an electric warmer, a negative pressure disinfection and exhaust module, a medical waste box and an infrared sensor; the medical worker working area is internally provided with a direct expansion type fresh air unit serving as a fresh air system to provide positive pressure fresh air for the medical worker working area; the negative pressure disinfection and exhaust modules provide negative pressure, indoor disinfection and exhaust for the sampling areas; and each negative pressure disinfection and exhaust module comprises a box body, an air inlet, an exhaust outlet, a manual/electric closed valve, an efficient filter, a built-in ultraviolet sterilization assembly, an exhaust fan, an external ultraviolet sterilization assembly and a differential pressure gauge. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a control method of the nucleic acid sampling positive and negative pressure integrated safety cabin with the disinfection function. The requirements of sampling and rest of medical workers and the indoor safe and comfortable air environment needed by safety sampling of detected workers can be met.
