The invention discloses an automatic disinfection type nucleic acid sampling cabin which comprises a medical care cabin used as a cabin for accommodating medical workers, an air supply fan, an HEPA filter and an air inlet in the top of the medical care cabin are communicated in sequence, and the air supply fan and the HEPA filter are arranged above the medical care cabin; the to-be-sampled cabin is used for accommodating to-be-sampled personnel and is communicated with the medical cabin through a sampling port; a suction opening is formed in the top of the to-be-sampled cabin and is communicated with an air inlet of an air draft fan; a sampling door is arranged on the sampling port, an entrance door and an exit door are arranged on the to-be-sampled cabin, and infrared people flow sensors are arranged at the entrance door and the exit door; a spraying device is also arranged at the top of the to-be-sampled cabin; and the control unit is used for receiving people flow signals of all the infrared people flow sensors and controlling opening and closing of the air supply fan, the air draft fan, the sampling door, the entrance door, the exit door and the spraying device according to the people flow signals. According to the invention, the virus infection probability in the nucleic acid sampling process is reduced.
