The invention discloses a warning fence for a construction site of constructional engineering, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The warning fence comprises a fixed seat and two supporting vertical plates arranged on the fixed seat, wherein a mounting plate is arranged between the two supporting vertical plates; a detachable luminous warning board is connected to the front surface of the mounting plate; anti-toppling mechanisms are respectively connected to the front surfaces and the back surfaces of the supporting vertical plates; a plurality of ground grabbing mechanisms are arranged on the lower surface of the fixed seat at intervals; each ground grabbing mechanism comprises a mounting sleeve connected with the fixed seat and two swinging rods respectively arranged on two opposite side plates of the mounting sleeve; anti-skid foot nails are arranged on the lower end surfaces of the swinging rods; a movable plate is arranged on a bottom plate of each mounting sleeve in a sliding and penetrating manner; a damping spring is arranged between one end, positioned in the corresponding mounting sleeve, of each movable plate and the corresponding mounting sleeve; a ground grabbing pile is arranged at one end, positioned outside the corresponding mounting sleeve, of each movable plate; and a first tension spring is connected between each swinging rod and the corresponding side surface of the corresponding movable plate. According to the warning fence disclosed by the invention, the ground grabbing mechanisms and the anti-toppling mechanisms are arranged, so that the stability of the warning board is obviously improved, and the practicality is high.
