Door with automatic closing and damping functions
The invention discloses a door with automatic closing and damping functions. The door comprises a door frame base, a rotating shaft and a door body, wherein the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the upper side of the door frame base, the door body is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, a cylindrical cavity is formed in the door frame base, the rotating shaft penetrates through the upper side of the door frame base and extends into the cylindrical cavity, and an annular cavity matched with the cylindrical cavity is formed in the inner side of the door frame base. The door is reasonable in design, two different triggering conditions are designed according to two different rotating speeds of the door body, when the rotating shaft is static, a sliding block drives the rotating shaft to continue to move, so that the closing condition is achieved; and when the rotating shaft is too high in speed, the sliding block waits on the only way of a limiting groove through a limiting strip, then the sliding block is bound with the rotating shaft, the speed of the sliding block is reduced under the elastic action of a second spring, so that the purpose of reducing the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is achieved, and the situation that the door body quickly impacts the door frame base to cause large impact is avoided.
本发明公开了一种具有自动闭合和减震功能的门,包括门框底座、转轴和门体,所述转轴转动连接在门框底座的上侧,所述门体固定连接在转轴上,所述门框底座上设有圆柱腔,所述转轴贯穿门框底座的上侧,并延伸至圆柱腔内,所述门框底座的内侧设有与圆柱腔相配适的环形腔。本发明设计合理,根据门体两种转速不同的情况设计两种不同的触发条件,实现转轴静止时,滑块带动转轴继续运动,从而达到闭合的情况,当转轴速度过快时,滑块通过限位条在限位槽的必经之路上等待,然后与转轴之间形成绑定,滑块在第二弹簧的弹性作用下降低速度,从而达到减缓转轴转速的目的,避免门体快速撞击在门框底座上造成较大的冲击。
