The invention relates to a damping door closing device which comprises a shell provided with a shaft hole; the rotating shaft is installed in the shaft hole of the shell, the rotating shaft can rotate around an axis relative to the shell, the rotating shaft is provided with at least one damping cam surface and at least one closing driven surface, the damping cam surfaces and the closing driven surfaces are arranged in a grading mode in the axis direction, and the damping cam surfaces and the closing driven surfaces are in central symmetry with the axis as the center; the damping mechanism is arranged in the shell and can move in the radial direction of the axis of the rotating shaft, the damping mechanism comprises a damping driven face abutting against the damping cam face, and the damping mechanism is used for providing damping acting force for rotation of the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft rotates from the opening position to the closing position; the closing mechanism is arranged in the shell and can move in the radial direction of the axis of the rotating shaft, the damping mechanism comprises a closing driving face abutting against the closing driven face, and the closing mechanism is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate relative to the shell so that the rotating shaft can rotate from the opening position to the closing position.
