Hidden bottom hanging structure used during installation of photovoltaic tile roof
The invention relates to a hidden bottom hanging structure used during installation of a photovoltaic tile roof. The hidden bottom hanging structure comprises an installation piece mounted on a tile hanging strip and corresponding to the edge of the upper side of a photovoltaic tile, and a lower frame arranged on the edge of the lower side of the photovoltaic tile and capable of being matched with the installation piece. The installation piece comprises a fixed seat, a connecting part and a groove part, the fixed seat is connected with the tile hanging strip, the connecting part forms a dismounting and replacing space for accommodating the upper side edge of the corresponding photovoltaic tile, and the groove part forms a groove for hanging the lower frame; the fixed seat and the groove part are connected to the two sides of the connecting part respectively; the lower frame comprises an installation part and a hanging part, the installation part forms a glass groove used for accommodating the lower side edge of the photovoltaic tile, and the hanging part forms a hook used for being connected with the groove in a hanging mode. The hidden bottom hanging structure is simple in structure and convenient to mount, hanging and wind-uplift-resistant mounting of the photovoltaic tile can be achieved at the same time, the mounting cost can be reduced, and the mounting efficiency can be improved.
本发明涉及一种光伏瓦片屋面安装时的隐藏式底部挂接结构,包括安装在挂瓦条上并与光伏瓦片的上侧边缘对应的安装件、设置在光伏瓦片下侧边缘并能够与安装件相配合的下边框;安装件包括固定座、连接部分和沟槽部分,固定座与挂瓦条相连接,连接部分形成容纳对应光伏瓦片的上侧边缘的拆换空间,沟槽部分形成用于挂接下边框的沟槽;固定座、沟槽部分分别连接在连接部分的两侧;下边框包括安装部分和挂接部分,安装部分形成用于容纳光伏瓦片的下侧边缘的玻璃槽,挂接部分形成用于与沟槽挂接的挂钩。本发明结构简单、安装方便,可以同时实现光伏瓦片的挂接和抗风揭安装,能够降低安装成本、提高安装效率。
