The invention discloses an electric purification separate water supply device and a water purifier, the electric purification separate water supply device comprises an electric purification module, a separate adjusting device and a TDS adjusting module, the electric purification module is connected with a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline, the electric purification module is provided with a positive and negative electrode pair for electrodialysis water purification, the TDS adjusting module determines a corresponding preset TDS threshold value according to the trigger signal output by the separate adjusting device, and correspondingly adjusts the purified water flow and/or the voltage of the positive and negative electrode pair according to the preset TDS threshold value so as to adjust the TDS value of the fresh water output to the water outlet pipeline by the electric purification module, so that the TDS value of the fresh water output by the electric purification module is within the preset TDS threshold value; a user can obtain fresh water with different water qualities, the problems that an existing water purification device cannot provide water with various water qualities and cannot meet more water quality requirements of the user are solved, and the diversity of the water supply device is improved.
