In the cooling process of quicklime powder, cooling water located in the inner side of the kiln body in the cooling pipe can enter the part, located in the outer side of the kiln body, of the cooling pipe in time for heat dissipation, and the cooling effect is improved; an annular sealing groove is formed in the end face, making contact with a feeding pipeline, of the kiln body, and a high-pressure gas ring is formed in the sealing groove, so that the gas pressure in the sealing groove and the gas pressure in the kiln body tend to be balanced, and high-pressure smoke leakage is avoided.
