A steam heating mechanism is arranged in a rotary cylinder of the gypsum calcination rotary kiln and comprises a heat exchange pipe, a steam pipe and a cylinder wall heating pipe which are in the same direction as the rotary cylinder, and the steam pipe is arranged in the heat exchange pipe in a sleeved mode; the cylinder wall heating pipe is fixedly connected to the cylinder wall; an emptying pipe is arranged at the right end of the heat exchange pipe and communicated with the right end of the cylinder wall heating pipe, and the left end of the cylinder wall heating pipe is communicated with the heat exchange pipe. The layered pipeline design is adopted, the steam pipe is arranged in the heat exchange pipe in a sleeved mode, steam is introduced from the discharging end, the steam is sent back to the high end from the low end and then exchanges heat from the high end to the low end, condensate water flows downwards into the condensate water chamber from the heat exchange pipe and is finally discharged, and it can be reduced that inlet water and return water are located in the same pipeline as much as possible; the influence of the cooling cylinder on the calcining effect is avoided, the heat exchange efficiency is high, energy is saved, the productivity is improved, and the service life of a heat exchange pipeline can be prolonged.
本发明公开一种石膏煅烧回转窑,其回转筒内设有蒸汽加热机构,蒸汽加热机构包括与回转筒同向的换热管、蒸汽管、筒壁加热管,蒸汽管套设于换热管内;筒壁加热管固接于筒壁上;换热管的右端设有排空管,排空管与筒壁加热管的右端连通,筒壁加热管的左端与换热管连通。本发明采用层管道设计,将蒸汽管套设换热管内,从出料端引入蒸汽,将蒸汽由低端送回高端后,又由高向低换热,冷凝水自换热管下流至冷凝水室内,最终排出,可尽量减少进气回水位于同一管道内,且利用筒壁加热管可对筒体进行加热,避免冷却筒体对煅烧效果的影响,换热效率高,利于节省能源及其提高产能,且还可提升换热管道使用寿命。
