Prefabricated light-weight high-strength fair-faced ceramsite concrete and preparation process of external wall panel thereof
The invention provides prefabricated light-weight high-strength fair-faced ceramsite concrete and a preparation process of an external wall panel thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 300-350 parts of cement; 350 to 450 parts of gravel-shaped shale ceramsite; 120-180 parts of granular clay ceramsite; 680-800 parts of medium coarse sand; 45-55 parts of fly ash; 10-20 parts of silica fume; water accounting for 25%-35% of the total mass of the cement, the fly ash and the silica fume; an additive I component accounting for 1.5-2.5% of the total mass of the cement, the fly ash and the silica fume, wherein the additive I component comprises isopentenyl polyether grafted carboxymethyl cellulose ether and at least one thickening agent selected from a composite acrylic acid thickening agent and a polyurethane associative thickening agent; and an additive II component accounting for 0.1-0.5% of the total mass of the cement, the fly ash and the silica fume, wherein the additive II component comprises a starch acrylamide grafted copolymer. The strength of the prepared product is 30 MPa or above, the lowest density is 1600 g/cm < 3 >, and the product has the advantages of being low in density and high in strength.
本发明提供一种预制轻质高强清水陶粒混凝土及其外墙板制备工艺,所述混凝土中的各原料组分及其重量份含量如下:水泥:300‑350份;碎石状页岩陶粒:350‑450份;粒型黏土陶粒120‑180份;中粗砂:680‑800份;粉煤灰:45‑55份;硅灰:10‑20份;水:占水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰总质量的25%‑35%;添加剂I组分:占水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰总质量1.5‑2.5%;所述添加剂I组分包括异戊烯基聚醚接枝羧甲基纤维素醚,以及复合丙烯酸类、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂中的至少一种增稠剂;添加剂II组分:占水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰总质量0.1‑0.5%;所述添加剂II组分包括淀粉‑丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物。本发明制备出的产品强度30MPa以上,密度最低至1600g/cm3的,具有密度低、强度高的特性。
