The invention discloses ceramsite concrete and an external wall panel. The dry material of the ceramsite concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 300 to 500 parts of Portland cement, 500 to 800 parts of ceramsite, 200 to 400 parts of pottery sand, 0 to 100 parts of machine-made sand, 80 to 180 parts of admixture, 0.1 to 1.0 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 parts of a modifier and 0 to 3 parts of an anti-cracking enhancer. The external wall panel is prepared from the ceramsite concrete. According to the invention, the high-performance porcelain slag ceramsite is adopted to prepare the all-light-ceramsite medium-density lightweight concrete, and the lightweight concrete has high strength and good heat insulation performance. The ceramsite lightweight concrete is applied to preparation of a large plate for an outer wall of a fabricated building system, the physical and mechanical properties of the ceramsite lightweight concrete can meet the performance requirements of a non-bearing outer wall of a fabricated building, and the ceramsite lightweight concrete is green, environmentally friendly, durable, non-combustible, lightweight, energy-saving and integrates enclosure and decoration.
