The invention provides a low-clinker-amount silicate cementing material for a sewage pipeline. The low-clinker-amount silicate cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of silicate cement, 60-80 parts of mineral powder, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 5-15 parts of calcium sulfate, 2-6 parts of phenanthroline, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent, 5-12 parts of a compacting agent, 1-3 parts of a shrinkage reducing agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of an anti-cracking agent and 0.02-0.08 part of nanofibers. The silicate cementing material with the low clinker dosage is low in hydration heat, good in sewage corrosion resistance, excellent in durability, not prone to cracking and suitable for sewage pipelines.
