Compared with a conventional method for connecting a rail and a sleeper, the device achieves the connection work through electric drive and assistance of the air cylinder, the sleepers can be automatically connected with the rail after the rail moves by an equal distance, and the distance between the adjacent sleepers connected with the rail is guaranteed.
