The present invention relates to an apparatus to fixate a concrete sleeper to a rail, and more specifically, to an apparatus to fixate a concrete sleeper to a rail capable of simply fixating a concrete sleeper to a rail, comprising: a fixation body including a sleeper shoulder on the top surface of a concrete sleeper to be protruding to one side of an insulation block and having coupling holes in the longitudinal direction of a rail to surround the sleeper shoulder and insulation block; sleeper coupling bolts inserted into the coupling holes to couple the fixation body to the concrete sleeper; vertical fixation bolts inserted into the sleeper shoulder in a direction perpendicular to the fixation body; and an elastic member arranged between the sleeper shoulder and vertical fixation bolts to elastically control a pressure that the vertical fixation bolts pressurizes the sleeper shoulder.
본 발명은 콘크리트침목 레일고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 콘크리트침목의 상면에는 상기 절연블럭의 일측으로 돌출 형성되며 상기 레일의 축방향을 따라 체결공이 관통형성된 침목숄더가 구비되고, 상기 침목숄더와 상기 절연블럭을 감싸도록 배치되는 고정본체와; 상기 고정본체를 관통하여 상기 체결공에 삽입되어 상기 고정본체를 상기 콘크리트침목에 고정시키는 침목결합볼트와; 상기 고정본체에 수직한 방향으로 상기 침목숄더를 향해 관통 삽입되는 수직고정볼트와; 상기 침목숄더와 상기 수직고정볼트 사이에 배치되어 상기 수직고정볼트가 상기 침목숄더를 가압하는 가압력을 탄성적으로 조절하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
