Pavement construction segregation treatment method
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction and particularly relates to a pavement construction segregation treatment method. The method comprises steps of crushing and screening aggregate particles; adding an additive into the aggregate particles, and uniformly mixing to form an aggregate particle mixture; heating to melt asphalt, adding the aggregate particle mixture, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an asphalt mixture; a pavement laying area being selected, and a road base being detected; paving the asphalt mixture layer by layer and compacting. The method is advantaged in that according to the particle size of aggregate particles, an asphalt aggregate mixture with a large particle size is firstly paved, then an asphalt aggregate mixture with a small particle size is paved, and the aggregate particle mixture with the small particle size can be inserted into gaps of the aggregate particle mixture with the large particle size to a certain extent, so a distance between the aggregate particles is reduced, and the compacted pavement is more compact; mixture of aggregate with large and small particles and asphalt jointly plays a role in bearing, and finally the overall bearing capacity and natural disaster resistance are optimized.
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,具体涉及一种路面施工离析处理方法。包括破碎并筛分骨料颗粒;在骨料颗粒中加入添加剂,混合均匀后形成骨料颗粒混合物;加热融化沥青,加入骨料颗粒混合物,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到沥青混合物;选择路面铺设区域,并检测道路基层;逐层铺设沥青混合物并压实。按照骨料颗粒的粒径大小,先铺粒径较大的沥青骨料混合物再铺设粒径较小的沥青骨料混合物,小粒径的骨料颗粒混合物在一定程度上能插入大粒径骨料颗粒混合物的间隙中,减小骨料颗粒间的距离,使得压实后的路面,大小颗粒的骨料与沥青的混合物共同发挥承载作用,最终优化整体的承载能力和抗自然灾害能力。
