The dust removal system comprises an ash discharge pneumatic butterfly valve, a bin bottom screw conveyor, a dust remover lower bin, a fine powder screw conveyor and an ash discharge articulated chute, and the control system comprises a central processing unit, a material level instrument and a control computer. The dust removal system is matched with the control system to realize collection and storage of recovered powder, and performs recovered powder production and ash discharge treatment on the recovered powder, and the ash discharge treatment comprises manual operation ash discharge and automatic operation ash discharge. According to the processing method for the recycled powder of the asphalt mixing station, the recycled powder is directly discharged or conveyed to a powder weighing hopper to be metered and used according to the production requirements of the asphalt mixing station. According to the method, a recycled powder bin and a powder elevator of the asphalt mixing station can be omitted, and expenditure is greatly reduced for customers on the premise that equipment functions are guaranteed.
