The invention discloses a carbon-emission-free hot recycled asphalt mixing station which comprises a mixing station structure bracket, a batching system, an aggregate lifting system, a dehumidification and temperature raising system, a power stirring system, a finished product material storage system and an electric control system; the batching system comprises a plurality of batching bins and a conveyor belt, and the batching bins are arranged in sequence; one end of the conveyor belt extends and penetrates through all the batching bins, and the other end of the conveyor belt is arranged at a lifting bin opening of the aggregate lifting system; a discharge port of the aggregate lifting system is connected with the dehumidification and temperature raising system through a feeding pipe; the dehumidification and temperature raising system comprises an electromagnetic heating module and a microwave heating module which are arranged in sequence; the power stirring system is arranged below the dehumidification and temperature raising system, and a discharge port of the power stirring system is connected with the finished product material storage system. By adopting the microwave heating technology, aggregate can be well heated, the aging phenomenon caused by excessive heating of asphalt is avoided, and the quality of the finished product mixture is well guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种无碳排放的热再生沥青拌合站,包括:拌合站结构支架、配料系统、集料提升系统、除湿提温系统、动力搅拌系统、成品料存储系统和电控系统;所述配料系统包括若干配料仓和传送带,若干配料仓依次布置;所述传送带一端延伸并贯穿所有配料仓内,另一端置于集料提升系统的提料仓口;所述集料提升系统的出料口通过送料管与除湿提温系统连接;所述的除湿提温系统包括依次设置的电磁加热模块和微波加热模块;所述的动力搅拌系统设置在所述的除湿提温系统的下方,动力搅拌系统的出料口连接成品料存储系统。采用的微波加热技术能够很好对集料进行加热,而不会使沥青过度加热而发生老化现象,对于成品混合料的品质有良好的保证。
