The invention relates to a hollow slab beam reinforcing structure and a reinforcing construction method. The reinforcing structure of the hollow slab beam comprises a prefabricated joist formwork, wherein the prefabricated joist formwork comprises a formwork body and two abutting parts connected to the same side of the formwork body, the two abutting parts are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction of the formwork body and extend in the longitudinal direction of the formwork body, and the formwork body is used for being fastened to the bottoms of two hollow slabs; the two abutting parts abut against the bottoms of the two hollow plates correspondingly; an elastic sealing piece is arranged between each abutting part and the hollow plate; and a cast-in-place body is formed in a first pouring space defined by the formwork body, the two abutting parts and the two hollow slabs in a cast-in-place mode.
