Hollow slab beam end grouting core filling reinforcing structure and reinforcing method
The invention discloses a hollow slab beam end grouting core filling reinforcing structure and method, the reinforcing structure comprises a hollow slab beam body, closed end plates and a cement-based material, a cavity is formed in the hollow slab beam body, the closed end plates are arranged at the two ends of the hollow slab beam respectively, two blocking parts are arranged in the cavity, and the cement-based material is arranged in the cavity. The two blocking parts are arranged close to the two closed end plates respectively, a filling cavity is formed between each blocking part and the corresponding closed end plate, and the filling cavities are filled with cement-based materials. The reinforcing method comprises the steps that the positions, close to the two closed end plates, in the hollow beam body are each provided with a blocking part, and a core filling cavity is formed between each blocking part and the corresponding closed end plate; and filling a cement-based material into the filling cavity. The hollow slab beam end grouting and core filling reinforcing structure has the advantages of being small in damage, rapid in construction, dense in bonding, efficient, economical and the like, and is particularly suitable for urban bridges which are large in traffic flow and difficult to close traffic to reinforce construction.
