The invention discloses a highway guardrail of an automatic rescue vehicle guard, and the guardrail comprises a base; a supporting block and a protective guard body are fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the base, a supporting cavity penetrating through the supporting block left and right is formed in the supporting block, a detection mechanism for detecting whether a vehicle is out of control or not is arranged in the supporting cavity, and a sand storage cavity with an upward opening is formed in the base; when an accident occurs when a vehicle passes through a turning road section, the vehicle can be protected through the detection mechanism, damage to a driver and the vehicle due to violent impact is prevented, the accident vehicle is automatically decelerated through resistance of sand, and the purpose that the stopped vehicle is moved out of the sand can be achieved through the rescue mechanism; therefore, secondary rear-end collision damage caused by the fact that subsequent vehicles continue to drive into the sand land is prevented, subsequent rescue workers can conveniently rescue the vehicles and drivers, the safety of the drivers and the vehicles is protected, and the workload of the rescue workers is reduced.
