The invention discloses a road green belt flower bed cleaning device. The device comprises a transmission system, a cleaning trolley, a rotating device and a cleaning device, wherein the road green belt flower bed cleaning device is manually pushed to walk along a road green belt, the cleaning device starts to work, and the transmission system, the rotating device and the cleaning device are all arranged on the cleaning trolley; the belt wheels on the transmission device drive the short belt, the middle belt and the long belt respectively, and therefore the first-stage rotating shaft and the second-stage rotating shaft are driven to rotate. Weeds and leaves cleaned on a green belt are sucked into the storage box through the air blower on the cleaning trolley, and the first-stage rotating blade and the second-stage rotating blade rotate in the two cavities so that the absorption force is increased. The rack is driven by the push rod on the rotary device, and then the rotary gear is driven by the rack to do rotary motion so that the whole cleaning device is driven to do rotary motion within a certain range. An absorption cover on the cleaning device is connected with a pipeline, and air is supplied by an air blower to adsorb leaves at a higher position.
